Enter the code that I have mentioned in the above list labeled as Lego City Undercover Cheat Codes for Bonus Mission. Correct codes open those garages, the garage on the left unlock the mission for robbery arrest and the garage on the right unlocks the mission for vehicle stealing.
In the robbery arrest mission, you take the justice car and chase hoodlum, and in the vehicle stealing mission, you steal the spirit red sports car. After completing both of them successfully, you get vehicles as a reward that you used in the task.

Initially, as you start to play the game you unlock default characters. To buy the others, you need to unlock them by earning the character tokens. To earn the tokens, you to need find them by exploring the city and you can also earn them while completing the mission.
When you unlock a character by earning his token you can use the studs to buy that character. You can go to some specific locations to visit other roles to buy your favourite character.
For example, you can visit the police station and then go into the basement to talk to Ellie, she will help you unlock/buy a new character.
